Overview
- The battery usually lasts about 4:30 up to 5:00 hours, depending on what you're doing. The extremes:
- Idle: 5:00 hours (ca. 6.3 W power consumption)
- Tested with min. LCD brightness, wireless off, no USB devices attached, 0% CPU load all the time.
- Max. load: 3:30 hours (ca. 10.6 W power consumption).
- Tested with max. LCD brightness, wireless on, bluetooth (USB dongle) on, 100% CPU load all the time.
- Idle: 5:00 hours (ca. 6.3 W power consumption)
- It takes approx. 2:30 hours for fully charging the battery (ca. 31.5 W power consumption), depending on what you're doing while charging the battery.

Uwe Hermann has tested the power consumption of the A110 laptop.
All tests were done with a Voltcraft Energy Check 3000, with the A110 laptop battery removed.

- Audio on/off (alsamixer): +/- 0.4 W
- Higher volume means more power consumption.
- Closed lid on console or X11 (set max. LCD brightness before): +/- 1.4 W
