Puppy

  • puppy 4.1.1 non-retro works on my IL1
  • Franka, which Puppy version do you use? I have still no success with dingo booting from USB. A110 didn't find the pup_400.sfs after sucessful load of kernel and initrd.--Andreas
    • I use latest puppy from stick with no problem. stick format ext2-fs. at one point i will put it on ssd, but only if the video driver will work --Franka 21:28, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
  • confirmed ! my Puppy 4.0 aka "Dingo" USB-stick works on various standard PC's, yet not on IL1, even tho pup_400.sfs is there (and found by my Desktop PC) 
 older versions like 3.0 works nicely tho and response is much better than with ubuntu 8.04 here ...  --franka 18:48, 11 July 2008 (UTC)
