Hi, is there any way to disable tapping? I tried to do so by adding 

	Option		"MaxTapTime"		"0"
	Option		"MaxTapMove"		"0"

to my xorg.conf, but it didn't change anything. --P3t3r 01:03, 23 July 2008 (UTC)

No, I've tested 

   Option         "TapButton1"  "0"

which should deactivate the tapping. It did not work with the one A110. But using the same Ubuntu 8.04, it works on an old noname Notebook perfectly! Even the SHMConfig Option do not work on the A110. that's why you can not use Gsynaptics, Ksynaptics or simply synclient to modify the touchpad behavior! Sven 09:37, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
